• The Echo Inspection Fee will be refunded by check to the person who originated the fee payment. ( This is the 100% return part)
• The Inspection will be completed by an Inspector who meets the following conditions Illinois Licensed, Fully Insured and fully Certified by Nachi
• A check to pay for the re-inspection will be paid directly to the re-inspection company in their name for their inspection fee up to 100% of our original home inspection fee amount. ( This is the 200% part) This guarantee is for the home inspection service rendered. All other services are not covered by this guarantee. ( ie. Radon, Water and Mold Samples)
• A signed and witnessed Echo Home Inspection release from liability must be received to initiate the above process.
