I’m Dotty Dose, proud owner of Echo Home Inspection Inc.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
I began my career as a realtor in 1969. In the early 1980s, I left real estate and decided to pursue a career with building and general contracting with Lindal Cedar Homes under the name Cedar Dream Homes. After years of building and giving advice to friends and family on the condition of homes they were looking to sell or buy, I left the building industry. In 1989, I started ECHO Home Inspection, after gathering sufficient industry knowledge. This was at the same time home inspections began getting recognized.
When I first started this business, I had a small team working under me. I currently have eight inspection teams, a full-time marketing manager, a social media specialist, full office staff and a coach that has pushed me to become the successful business owner that I am today.
Our business philosophy is simple. We treat all our clients like family and treat your money like it was our money. We believe in the “all for one and one for all” concept where if we stand together, we fall together.
Our business goal has been to enhance your buying experience and provide you with impartial information so that you can feel more confident about your buying decision. We have also been providing peace of mind one home at a time since 1989.
I attribute my success to the hard work put in by my team and myself. I survived the housing crash and found new ways and strategies to improve and grow my business and stay at the top of my game.
The most rewarding part of owning this business has been the relationships that I have built with so many incredible people over the last thirty years. Also, the more successful I become, the more I can help people.
When I am not at work, I spend time with a fantastic group of friends. We are supportive of each other, and no matter what life throws at us, we can count on each other to be there. It is great to have friends that keep you young and inspired!
I also love to motivate others and boost their spirit and make sure to treat everyone equally. Life can be rough sometimes, and you never know what another is going through. I firmly believe that if you treat others the way you want to be treated, the world will be a much happier place!
