How many times does it take a home inspector to find you the right house? Depends on how good they are. If you hire an inspector who lacks experience, you could pay dearly in the end. Echo inspectors are the best of the best. One home, we absolutely loved. Echo showed up and were we ever surprised. The garage was falling apart. The seller had barricaded the left side of the garage to make an inspector think twice about trying to look up top. Our inspectors found a way. Collar ties were missing, among other things. Hole in chimney which creates a fire hazard if there is a fire in the garage. Many different things. Second house we thought was going to be good. Echo came through again. Although something works, if it was not installed correctly, it will definitely cost you in the end. Third time is a charm. Many people believe that the cost of the inspection is too high and not worth it. Not with Echo. You get more than you pay for. If it wasn’t for their determination and expertise, we could have purchased a house that would have cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars to repair in the long run. If you need a home inspection for any reason, look no further than Echo. They are worth every penny. Lastly, the best part about Echo is the people. The inspectors work with you to see what they see. They are patient and courteous. The front staff, Dotty and Renee are the cream of the crop. If ever needed again, my first and only call is to Echo Home Inspection.

We had Jim and Tim for our home inspection, and I was reluctant at first because of the reviews I read previously, but Jim and Tim both did an amazing and thorough job! They were also very punctual! This was our first time going through an inspection as first time home buyers, and they both educated me on the process. It was also only me at the inspection, as my husband was at work, but they spoke in plain language to me their findings during their inspection. The inspection report was very thorough and I appreciate that photos were included so that I could show my husband the issues/concerns they found during the inspection. The report was very detailed and emphasized all minor and major issues but prioritized safety. Jim and Tim were detailed, knowledgeable, informative, and very friendly! They saw issues that my husband and I didn’t notice while looking at the house. Unfortunately we retracted our offer due to safety issues we found in the inspection, but with their expertise, they saved us more money than we would have purchasing the house! Jim (who used to be a house contractor) is a wealth of information and came in on his day off to overlook our future home. He is up to date on all housing standards, and echo is very fortunate to have someone with his skill strength. Thank you!

LOVE! We are first time home buyers. Tommy was our inspector. He was willing to take the time to show us how things work, offer suggestions and recommendations, best practices, etc. The packet of information they provide AFTER the inspection is awesome! We printed it so we can make sure we can work on all of the recommendations they provided. Additionally, I really respected that the inspectors spoke to both John and I as equals, rather than just him. It made me feel equally as confident in the home purchase. I also loved that there was a younger fellow there that was learning from the more seasoned inspector. We will definitely use Echo next time and recommend to friends!

Good solid inspection company. Reliable

We went through 3 home inspections, all with Echo. They offered discounts each time. They were professional and explained problems while going through the inspection process, instead of just handing off a report. Being a new homebuyer, this helped when we did receive reports. We were also on a time crunch. Each time we needed an inspection, they were able to schedule almost immediately. Would definitely recommend to any buyer, 1st time or not!

The inspectors were wonderful. They were thorough, and explained every thing in detail. When I called the office Ashley went above and beyond and helped me find support for the repairs I will be needing.

I had a condo inspected and it was quick but also very throughly. I would have loved to go beyond the minimum requirements of checking one window per room. But then again I’m sure if it wasn’t the sellers stuff in the way; it would have been done
