We had a great inspection experience. We had two guys come out to do the inspection, and it felt very thorough. So thorough, in fact, that they found some serious issues and recommended we get some follow up inspections from some experts in a couple of fields. We followed their recommendations and ended up withdrawing our offer on the home because the cost of the necessary repairs would have been over $25K. I am so glad we got the inspection so we knew what we were getting ourselves into before purchasing. I hope to use them for our next inspection.

Our inspector was Tim. He did an amazing job, was very thorough and helpful. Gave us plenty of tips and pointers on how to improve some things in our new home. Everyone from beginning to end was very friendly, professional, and efficient. Hopefully will not need anymore inspections in our lives because this will be our last home, but if we did, we would call Echo and you should too!

The expert team from Echo performed an efficient, professional analysis of what will be our retirement home in Woodstock. Not only did they run through all the usual check marks, but they were friendly and helpful while making us feel confident in our decision in choosing what can be one of the most agonizing purchases. I’m a musician/songwriter not an expert in building construction. They are, and proved to be one of the most important members of our home buying team.
