They were great! The guys were thorough and did a great job explaining everything they found and walked us through the process. I would recommend them 10 times over. Even the ladies in the office were fantastic and responsive.

Dan of Emerald Coast Home Inspection is truly a professional in what he do. He came very early to start the home inspection. The report was very detailed with emphasis on the important Safety Concerns of our new home. He made sure everything was checked and inspected and highlighted concerns and issues clearly so we won't missed a thing. The report he gave us is detailed and with pictures highlighting what is done and what is not done. I truly recommend Dan and the excellent work and a truly down to earth when it comes to things when everything was not ready.

We were impressed with how thorough of an inspection and the clear verbal review of the important safety aspects to be addressed at future family home. The report was emailed to us in less than 24 hours over the weekend, 48 hours sooner than we were told it would arrive therefore continuing the make the process of buying our new home continue to move forward smoothly and without delay.

Took their time to look at every part of the house and gave a detailed report afterward. Also gave advice on how to keep up with the house maintenance
