Overall it was a very good experience. Tom was thorough, knowledgeable, and out for our best interest. They were fast to schedule and fast to complete the report which was very detailed with pictures. I would absolutely use Echo again

Very thorough and informatie even picked up on things that were wrong just walking even though it wasn't part of the initial inspection. Went above and beyond, documenting what was seen. Report was easy to interpret, documentation was precise, even had supporting pictures to point out problem areas. I would definitely use Echo again and have already revered them to friends and family who may be in need.
