Beyond just completing the inspection, the inspectors involved us throughout the entire process and explained each item or note in the report. Imagine on a Sunday last week ,Echo sent out 2 great inspectors. They were fast and friendly.The report you get has pictures and is very thorough. It was all around a great experience since it’s my second inspection with Echo. Echo inspectors a amazing with great experience . I've recently had my first experience with a home inspection company. Echo was recommended to me by my realtor. As my first time going through the home buying process every step has been pretty stressful. The two inspectors (Tom & Tim) could not have been easier to work with. They were prompt, respectful and extremely thorough. They were very thoughtful as to how I wanted handle the seller being home and always offered to speak to me in private. After completing the work they walked me through the whole report and answered every question I had. And as a bonus to the whole thing they shared cookies with me and they were fantastic. A very very nice touch. I will recommend them to everyone I know going through this process.
