The inspectors were very thorough and explained their findings to me as they went along. They answered all of my questions and were very pleasant to work with.

Nice people. Very knowledgeable and thorough inspection. Found several items we had missed and we consider ourselves to be pretty experienced at these things. They went through the list of items noted with us to make sure we understood what they had identified. We would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Imagine on a Sunday last week ,Echo sent out 2 great inspectors. They were fast and friendly.The report you get has pictures and is very thorough. It was all around a great experience since it’s my second inspection with Echo. Echo inspectors a amazing with great experience . As my first time going through the home buying process every step has been pretty stressful. The two inspectors (Tom & Tim) could not have been easier to work with. They were prompt, respectful and extremely thorough. They were very thoughtful as to how I wanted handle the seller being home and always offered to speak to me in private. After completing the work they walked me through the whole report and answered every question I had. And as a bonus to the whole thing they shared cookies with me and they were fantastic. A very very nice touch. I will recommend them to everyone I know going through this process.

Echo was able to accommodate our short time schedule, which was HUGE in our situation. Their inspectors were thorough, personable, and made sure that we understood everything that they were telling us. Thank you to Tom 1 and Tom 2!!

They are very professional. They stay in contact continually during the process, while they are doing the inspection they keep you updated on what they find and go thru it all at the end of the inspection. The final detailed report will be to you in less then 24 hours. I recommend them to all.

Great people. Found a lot of things my wife and I didn't. Explained things well. On time and next morning I got my PDF of report. Report was thorough and easy to read. I already suggested them to my friends and family, and my brother actually hired them for his inspection as well.
