Echo sent out 2 great inspectors. They were fast and friendly. The report you get has pictures and is very thorough. It was all around a great experience, if I ever need an inspection again I know where I'm going. I would recommend to friends and family for sure.

We were looking to purchase an older home to downsize and retire into in a few more years. We hired Echo Home Inspections after being referred by several people and also reading their great reviews. Jim & Tom were our inspectors. They explained their process and welcomed us by their side as each section of the inspection was preformed. They explained issues and welcomed our questions without hesitation. We could see on our own that there were some issues that needed attention but the inspection uncovered so much more. The inspection took over 4 hours and was much more through that we had ever imagined. Jim completed the inspection report and sent it to us within 48 hours. Once seeing all of the photos of plumbing, electrical, roof & chimney issues plus so much more, we made the heartbreaking decision to walk away from what we though would be our retirement paradise. We are so thankful for the in-depth inspection that Echo and it's inspectors preformed that opened our eyes to so much more than a pretty home. You have to look beyond the pretty and seak out the hidden issues that can break the bank and have a dream turn onto a money pit nightmare. We can't say Thank You enough to Jim & Tom for all they helped us with in making our final decision. We would highly recommend Echo Home Inspections to anyone making a home purchase.
