First time home buyer here and we had a ton of questions. Jesse and his team took there time to explain what they were finding, issues we should worry about and what are normal issues a home as old as our would have.

Highly recommend Echo for their professional and thorough inspections. Scheduling was easy and the inspection team arrived on time - even a little early to begin the outside work. Not only did Tim take time to answer questions during inspection but the final report was sent out within 24 hours with full explanation and photos of everything. I will definitely use Echo again!

The inspection appointment was scheduled by my broker. All documents were sent via email in advance for review. The inspectors were punctual, professional and easy to work with. They welcomed questions while they were conducting the inspection and then also took time after they were finished to provide more detailed information. We received the report the next day. It was easy to read. Would work with Echo again if ever necessary.
