Very thorough and informatie even picked up on things that were wrong just walking even though it wasn't part of the initial inspection. Went above and beyond, documenting what was seen. Report was easy to interpret, documentation was precise, even had supporting pictures to point out problem areas. I would definitely use Echo again and have already revered them to friends and family who may be in need.

Fast response. Inspectors were really genuine and nice. Called 5pm on a Monday and the house was inspected the next day at 10am.
