Inspector did a fair job overall. Asked my realtor to help him carry his tools which was unprofessional. It should also be stated that they don’t fully check wether the appliances work properly. The test for the refrigerator is limited to placing your hand inside to see if it’s cold vs does it cool at the required temperature.

We had an inspection done by Thomas Migon and his assistant. They were very professional and did a great job. They got to inspect the property, even in the smallest places of the house. Their report is easy to understand, with photos and important information. They were friendly, on time and know their job. I recommend this company, their prices are good too.
