Requested a Pre Purchase Home inspection for a house within a historic district in Elgin. They sent two guys out to go over every detail inside and out for the same price as one. Both had a very high attention to detail and and in depth knowledge of the current building code. I received the full report the following morning and with the report they also provided a list of reccomended contractors with their contact info. Excellent service!
