The two inspectors arrived early, did a very thorough job. Took the time to show/explain/demonstrate everything they planned to note on their report. Answered our questions very clearly, took all the time needed to make sure we had all the information we needed. These guys were awesome, plus they gave us cookies at the end! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Scheduling a home inspection was fast, simple, and flexible. The professionals came out fully geared and friendly. They went through the home inside and out with a fine tooth comb making sure everything was looked at. The inspection only took a few hours. Our questions where answered above and beyond the knowledge we needed. The inspection report came in next day complete with high detailed descriptions and photos. Along with a long list of numbers for companies that can fix a variety of issues in your home. I will highly suggest and recommend Echo for your next home inspection. My original inspector was caught up in Mexico could not get a flight out. Echo was highly recommended by Century 21 in McHenry. We called them first thing in the morning. They were able to squeeze us in. Thank goodness because we could’ve lost our new home. Answered any questions we had or concerns. Was very knowledgeable of their jobs.

I needed my home inspected and I have never trusted home inspectors. My father is an HVAC repairman and he is constantly called out to fix things after a home inspection and always finds more issues than what were reported just by visually inspecting the units. I have been through numerous home inspections that never were complete (underlying issues always found). I knew that my dad would have a fit when I got my home inspected because he wanted everything done thoroughly. I showed up at the property an hour before the inspection and the inspector showed up 30 minutes early. They were EXTREMETLY thorough and very kind. They video chatted with my father to inform him of the issues with the home and even helped me understand how repairs needed to be done on things that I have not repaired before. I think the best part was that they gave me 3 cookies after the inspection. I would absolutely highly recommend them to anyone who is getting a home inspection. The best experience I have ever had.
